Accounting Staff

Position: Accounting Staff

Location: Davao, Philippines


Job Summary

You’ll be responsible for all daily accounting tasks, including preparing billing documentation and all other accounting records. You will maintain and update all accounting transactions with strong attention to detail. You will also carry out relevant administrative duties (e.g. responding to clients via email and handling invoices).


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Analyze budgets and create expense reports.
  • Prepare invoices to client and ensure billing attachments are correct such as shipping documents.
  • Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger.
  • Prepare accounting report on periodic basis.
  • Report to the Financial Manager and work to improve financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any business related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • High quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve accounting issues as quickly as possible.
